Services that make things easier for roasteries

We are on the ground, cup and grade ourselves, source with intention, and coordinate logistics all the way to the roastery.

Sourcing at origin

Our work does not begin with a sample arriving on the table, but directly at origin. We are on the ground, in contact with exporters, close to selection processes, and deliberately looking for coffees with real potential.

For small and medium-sized roasteries, this means less time spent searching, more relevance, and clearer access to lots that are not being offered to everyone.

  • Presence at origin
  • Close contact with exporters and selection processes
  • Targeted sourcing with intention
  • Less search effort for roasteries

Preselection through cupping

We do not rely on third-party descriptions. Through our own cupping and evaluation, we preselect lots before they even become relevant for our clients.

This means the focus is not on random availability, but on traceable quality, distinct character, and coffees that genuinely fit a roastery’s direction.

  • Independent cupping
  • Evaluation through professional expertise
  • Preselection based on quality and character
  • More clarity in decision-making

Curated lots based on actual needs

We do not simply look for coffee, but for lots that fit a roastery’s profile, assortment, and goals. This involves origin, character, and availability, but also the question of what truly makes sense within the assortment.

We consider exclusivity where it creates real value, for example when an entire lot is taken on or when distinctive releases are planned.

  • Curated selection instead of standard coffee
  • Lots matched to the roastery’s needs
  • Microlots with clear relevance
  • Exclusivity where it creates real value

Logistics all the way to the roastery

Our service does not end with selection and purchase. We coordinate export, documentation, storage, and the supply chain so that green coffee arrives at the roastery reliably and remains fully traceable.

For our clients, that means less operational complexity and more room to focus on what really matters: using great coffees in a meaningful way.

  • Coordination of export and transport
  • Documentation and traceability
  • Organisation of storage
  • Less operational complexity for the roastery
